Last night saw a fabulous feast and Christmas festivities in the Bradburys showroom presented by Miele chefs Sven-Hanson Britt and Adam Jeffrey. Our guests were treated to homemade Mulled Wine and Prosecco, nibbles and a stunning seasonal three-course menu.
On the menu
Starter: Roasted pumpkin ravioli with toasted hazelnuts, parmesan and cime di rapa in a sage beurre noisette.
Main: Sea bream cooked in the Miele warming drawer and then blow torched to crisp and caramelise, with celeriac puree, chorizo and a ragu of haricot beans braised in white wine, parsley, chives and lemon.
Dessert: Poached pears warmed in clementine’s, cardamom, port, red wine and brandy, served with home-made vanilla ice cream.
The evening was a great opportunity for our guests to explore everything that Miele can offer, with Adam demonstrating the benefits of steam cooking, the Miele Sous Vide drawer and the Miele warming drawer, going into real depth on how they work and how to get the best out of your Miele products. This was a great chance to ask questions, get tips and try out the appliances, whilst enjoying a delicious meal.Tweet
