Devon Food Movement founder, chef Luke Fearon joined us in the Bradburys kitchen showroom in Exeter yesterday for his summer wild-food pop-up restaurant, where he treated his guests to a delightful Devon summer menu. Six taster courses of the best local produce that Devon offers during the summer season, including Ashburton duck and Luke’s home-made wild camomile doughnuts, which were a real favourite with us all.
Luke’s pop-up events in the showroom are intimate, fun and engaging, where guests get to watch their dishes being cooked, ask questions and learn lots about the food they are eating and where it comes from.
If you like the idea of wild food and want to enjoy a carefully crafted lunch that showcases some of the very best wild ingredients from Devon, then this is the lunch for you. The next pop-up meal at Bradburys is in the winter, on 4th December 2019. Luke will create a multi-course lunch-time menu featuring some of the best seasonal delicacies and wild preserves from woodland to seashore.
Tickets are £27 per person on the day, to include an arrival drink. Seats are limited for these popular events so booking is essential.
