If you are thinking about, or have recently purchased Miele appliances for your kitchen, we host regular evenings in our showroom with Miele executive chef Sven-Hanson Britt, who creates a fabulous three-course menu for you, whilst helping you to discover Miele’s range of ovens, steam ovens, and steam combination ovens. We like to make the evening fun and relaxed; allowing you to ask questions, chat to Sven-Hanson and explore the appliances. Our large working display kitchen boasts a range of Miele appliances, including steam ovens, warming drawers, the Sous Vide vacuum drawer, and Teppanyaki Wok. We find that our guests love the idea of such amazing technology allowing them to cook fantastic results at home, but some are unsure of how to use the technology, and so, Sven-Hanson’s menu makes full use of the appliances, and he explains functions that you can use at home; such as the roast probe, moisture plus, M-touch, and automatic functions.
When you have taken the time to source the best ingredients, you want to retain all flavour and taste. Miele allows you to take the guesswork out of cooking and gives you restaurant standard results, even when creating every-day family meals.
On the menu:
Starter: Mackerel with white cabbage, white balsamic vinegar and rock samphire
Main: Slow cooked beef with celeriac, a celeriac puree, beurre noisette and fresh truffle.
Dessert: Salted caramel tart
