We were delighted to welcome twelve Bradburys clients to our Exeter showroom this week for an evening with Miele’s Executive Chef, Sven-Hanson Britt, who produced three wonderful courses using the Miele combi steam oven, Sous-Vide warming drawer, Teppanyaki hotplate and Wok induction hob in our stylish ALNO kitchen.
On the menu:
- Starter – Hake and lobster with asparagus
- Main – Chicken with spinach and a tarragon sauce
- Dessert – Caramel crémeux with caramelised bananas
It was a great chance to learn some hints and tips on steam cooking and pick up some great recipe ideas. Everybody got a chance to explore the products in more detail and have a chat with Sven-Hanson, whilst enjoying a glass of something!
