Our next demonstration with MasterChef: The Professionals finalist and Miele Executive Chef Sven-Hanson Britt takes place 6pm – 8pm on Thursday 25th August.
Sven will be cooking Lemon Sole with Samphire, Clams and Seaweed Butter followed by Roasted Organic Chicken with a Lovage Sauce, Broad Beans and Jersey Royals, and for dessert, Earl Grey Tea Posset with Strawberries and Meringue.
Along with steam cooking, he will also be demonstrating the latest edition to our working kitchen, the Miele Sous vide drawer.
